Sally-Anne Greenfield - Chief Executive

Our Chief Executive is Sally-Anne Greenfield (nee Bennett). Sally-Anne has been involved in the voluntary sector since graduating from Cambridge University in 1986. Having spent approximately 12 years in hands-on fundraising, including running her own consultancy business for 8 years, Sally-Anne joined the Leeds Community Foundation as Chief Executive in June 2004.

Amanda Wingfield - Marketing & Events manager

Amanda has been with the Foundation since it was launched, undertaking a variety of different roles. She is now the Events Manager, working to run the major events that the Foundation is planning to host, as well as a regular series of lunches and dinners. Amanda is also responsible for the Leeds Children's Gift Fund, working with company and individual donors to support their fundraising efforts by providing help and guidance.

Carlos Chavez - Grants and Community Manager

Carlos' previous work experience includes grant administration and management at Resourcing the Community where he was involved in the delivery of the Community Buildings Capital Grants Scheme (European Regional Development Fund/Single Regeneration Budget pot mix) and the Neighbourhood Renewal Community Chest from Leeds Voice. He also has a background on social development and holds an MA in Urban Regeneration.

Tracey Looker - Finance & Operations Manager

Tracey joined the Foundation in October 2008 with a background in finance in the commercial sector. She is responsible for the planning, budgeting and financial management of the Foundation. She trained as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse before moving on to spend 10 years at ASDA where she did a variety of finance roles.

Jo Beacroft-Mitchell - Operations Manager

Jo joined Leeds Community Foundation in August 2008 after 5 years at the Community Foundation for Calderdale where she worked in the Grants Team before becoming Operations Manager.  She is responsible for our grants and donor relationship database as well as the smooth running of the Foundation Offices.  She is also our resident blogger and updates our twitter and facebook pages.  Jo is currently studying for an MSc in Charity Resource Management at Sheffield Hallam University.  She lives in the beautiful South Pennines with her son Ferdinand (age 3) and her husband John. 

Siobhan Humphreys - Office Assistant

Siobhan joined the Foundation on an initial induction scheme via JHP Training but became a full-time member of staff inApril 2009.  She is responsible for a range of activities including: dealing with post, looking after our in-house database and providing general support to the rest of the team, particularly the Finance Manager and Operations Manager.
